At Cheffully, we strive to provide high-quality, authentic African meals that meet your expectations. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and replacements to ensure the best experience for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive products that are damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• Incorrect Orders: If your order is missing items or includes incorrect products, notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct items to be delivered or provide a refund as appropriate.
• Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following situations do not qualify for refunds or replacements:

• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for orders placed correctly if you simply change your mind after receiving the product.
• Improper Storage or Handling: We are not responsible for items that spoil due to improper handling, storage, or failure to follow recommended preparation instructions after delivery.
• Late Claims: Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement:

2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with a resolution.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
